HEAD OF SALES

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as the HEAD OF SALES - INTERIOR. The ideal candidate should possess at least 5-6 years of experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of interior design trends, materials, and products. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating closely with architects, interior designers, and builders. The position requires a willingness to travel for client meetings and a commitment to staying informed about industry developments. Responsibilities: - Engage with leads and clients to drive sales and maintain relationships. - Arrange meetings with architects and extend invitations to visit our showroom. - Meet or exceed sales targets to contribute to business growth. - Develop new leads through networking, cold calling, and online research. - Consult with clients to comprehend their design requirements, style preferences, and budget constraints. - Present design concepts, proposals, and pricing in a clear and professional manner. - Negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring client satisfaction and profitability. - Cultivate enduring client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. - Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management. - Stay up-to-date on design trends, products, and competitor activities. - Educate clients on product features and benefits to facilitate informed decision-making. Requirements: - 5-6 years of experience in interior design sales or a related field. - Proficient knowledge of interior design trends, materials, and products. - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. - Organized, proactive, and diligent with excellent follow-up skills. - Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
