SR. SALES MANAGER

Experience: You should have at least 7 years of relevant experience in sales and account management in fields like Cyber Security services, IT Software, Networking, or Service. Qualifications: You should possess an MBA in Sales & Marketing or an MCA or be a Graduate with a Computer Science background. Having prior experience in sales and account management in the mentioned industries would be preferred. Preferred Skills: You should have the ability to quickly grasp product knowledge related to SOC, SIEM, and Advisory services. Strategic prospecting, sales planning, accurate forecasting, market knowledge, crafting potential solutions, relationship building, and account management are key skills required for this role. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to manage complexity will be essential. Job Description: Your role will involve setting up an effective global sales organization and driving joint business planning including leads, opportunities, revenue, and unit goals. You will be responsible for creating and implementing growth strategies for various product and service offerings. Your primary focus will be on driving the Netlabs CRC strategy and working closely with CXOs of leading enterprises in India to deliver CRC services. Meeting quarterly sales targets with monthly goals for accurate forecasting will be a key responsibility. You will need to build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring effective pipeline management. Collaborating with service and product specialist teams and managing different services to achieve overall revenue and profitability targets will be part of your duties. Handling complex commercial and legal negotiations and contracts will also be within your responsibilities.
