DELIVERY LEAD/MANAGER RPA & AI

As the Delivery Lead/Manager/Head for the Robotics & AI Business Unit at Netlabs Global, your primary role is to oversee the delivery unit of the RPA and AI business in alignment with the vision, mission, and goals of both the business unit and the organization. Your key objectives include leading a high-performance team of RPA and AI experts, ensuring successful project and program deliveries for customers, and enhancing the efficiency and productivity of the delivery unit. Your responsibilities will involve delivering RPA and AI projects within scope, budget, and timelines while meeting all key performance indicators and objectives. You will oversee the design and implementation of RPA & AI solutions, identify process improvements, and collaborate with project teams to analyze and redesign business processes for automation solutions. Additionally, you will establish metrics, governance structures, and best practices to improve the quality of project deliveries. Effective communication with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams is crucial for successful project delivery. You will also be responsible for ongoing support of delivered solutions, ensuring service quality and performance. Your role will extend to contributing to business expansion through delivery-driven sales, pre-sales activities, and product/platform building plans. In terms of team responsibilities, you will design the organization structure of the RPA & AI Delivery Unit, mentor and retain a high-performance team, assign work responsibilities, and monitor competency building and quality standards. You will also manage team performance through reviews, appraisals, and motivation strategies in line with company HR policies. Moreover, you will be involved in contributing thought leadership articles, generating case studies, and acquiring and retaining a high-value customer base. Your role will also include coordinating with account management and finance teams for timely billings and invoicing.
