DELIVERY LEAD/MANAGER RPA & AI

As a Delivery Lead/Manager/Head in the Robotics & AI Business Unit at Netlabs, your role is pivotal in leading the delivery unit of the RPA and AI business, aligning with the vision and goals of the organization. Your primary responsibilities include: - Delivering RPA and AI projects within scope, on time, and within budget while meeting all KPIs and objectives. - Overseeing the design and implementation of RPA & AI solutions, managing a team of architects and coders, and ensuring smooth project delivery. - Identifying process improvements and opportunities for automation to drive business efficiencies. - Collaborating with project teams, SMEs, and IT teams to analyze and redesign business processes for RPA/AI solutions. - Implementing metrics and governance structures to measure performance and outcomes of RPA/AI solutions. - Documenting best practices and methodologies to enhance project delivery quality. - Communicating effectively with customers and stakeholders for seamless project delivery. - Supporting ongoing service delivery and ensuring quality of service and performance. - Contributing to business growth through delivery-driven sales, identifying new use cases, and supporting product/platform building. - Handling pre-sales activities, including customer use cases, demos, and proposals. - Planning competency building for the team and documenting project information for case studies. - Contributing thought leadership articles and content for publications. - Coordinating with account management and finance teams for timely billings. In terms of team responsibilities, you will be responsible for designing the RPA & AI Delivery Unit structure, mentoring the team, assigning responsibilities, monitoring competency building, and managing performance through periodic reviews and appraisals.
