The Leadership Challenge:

Key Responsibilities & Mandate:

You will drive growth through strategic execution across sales and marketing:

• Strategy & Scale:

  Develop and execute the

  3-year roadmap

  to achieve the ₹50 Cr revenue target.

• Team & Channel Building:

  Build and lead a high-performance sales team; design and implement

  channel partner programs

  for Tier 2/3 cities and customs zones.

• Key Account Management:

  Own strategic relationships with institutional buyers (e.g., CBIC, major pharma exporters, banks).

• Product & Positioning:

  Position Unisto as the

  compliance-first, Swiss-origin

  manufacturer. Oversee the launch of new, high-tech product lines (

  RFID, serialized cable seals

  ).

• Marketing & Metrics:

  Own brand messaging, digital outreach, trade presence, and track critical KPIs (CAC, LTV, Campaign ROI) to optimize the funnel.

Who We Need:

We are looking for a leader who has demonstrably scaled an industrial B2B business.

• Experience:

  10–15 years

  of progressive

  B2B sales and marketing experience

  in industrial packaging, logistics, pharma, or manufacturing.

• Track Record:

  Proven ability to scale revenue and successfully build high-performance sales teams.

• Skills:

  Strong understanding of

  compliance-driven products

  , institutional sales cycles, CRM proficiency, and channel partner management.

• Leadership Traits:

  Strategic thinker with a bias for

  hands-on execution

  .
