Executive Search: Head of Sales & Marketing (Industrial B2B) Unisto Corporation Pvt Ltd , a Swiss multinational with a 100-year legacy in Tamper-Evident Security Seals , is seeking an entrepreneurial and strategic leader to become our Sales Manager / Sales Head – Industrial B2B . This is not just a management role—it is a mandate to scale our India revenue from ₹20 Cr to ₹50 Cr in the next three years. The Leadership Challenge: You will own the entire revenue engine, reporting directly to the CEO . Location: Daman Coverage: Pan India (with expansion into export markets) Travel: Less than 30% Key Responsibilities & Mandate: You will drive growth through strategic execution across sales and marketing: Strategy & Scale: Develop and execute the 3-year roadmap to achieve the ₹50 Cr revenue target. Team & Channel Building: Build and lead a high-performance sales team; design and implement channel partner programs for Tier 2/3 cities and customs zones. Key Account Management: Own strategic relationships with institutional buyers (e.g., CBIC, major pharma exporters, banks). Product & Positioning: Position Unisto as the compliance-first, Swiss-origin manufacturer. Oversee the launch of new, high-tech product lines ( RFID, serialized cable seals ). Marketing & Metrics: Own brand messaging, digital outreach, trade presence, and track critical KPIs (CAC, LTV, Campaign ROI) to optimize the funnel. Who We Need: We are looking for a leader who has demonstrably scaled an industrial B2B business. Experience: 10–15 years of progressive B2B sales and marketing experience in industrial packaging, logistics, pharma, or manufacturing. Track Record: Proven ability to scale revenue and successfully build high-performance sales teams. Skills: Strong understanding of compliance-driven products , institutional sales cycles, CRM proficiency, and channel partner management.
