Role Overview: As the Head of Sales and Business Development at LPES, you will be responsible for leading and developing strategies to drive business growth, expand market presence, and manage client accounts. Your role will involve developing and executing sales plans, identifying and nurturing business opportunities, managing a sales team, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. It is essential to forecast sales performance, collaborate with other departments, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Gurugram, with some flexibility for remote work. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets efficiently. - Identify and nurture business opportunities to drive growth and expand market presence. - Manage a sales team by motivating, guiding, and growing a high-performing team. - Maintain strong relationships with key clients through effective account management. - Forecast sales performance and analyze market trends, business opportunities, and performance metrics. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals. - Uphold organizational values and deliver solutions in line with established industry standards. Qualification Required: - Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Management with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets efficiently. - Demonstrated ability in Account Management and fostering long-term client relationships. - Experience with Team Management, including motivating, guiding, and growing a high-performing sales team. - Exceptional Analytical Skills for assessing market trends, business opportunities, and performance metrics. - Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Educational background in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. - Experience in the technology or industrial solutions sector is a strong advantage. - Commitment to upholding organizational values and delivering solutions in line with established industry standards.,
