Job Description

Sales Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with project goals and market trends.
Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Plan and oversee project-specific launches and campaigns.

Team Leadership

Build, lead, and mentor the sales team, including channel partners and relationship managers.
Set KPIs and performance metrics for the sales team.
Provide training and performance evaluations.

Revenue Generation

Drive direct and channel sales for all real estate projects.
Ensure timely achievement of sales targets and cash flow milestones.
Optimize pricing strategy and inventory movement.

Customer Management

Oversee the end-to-end customer journey: inquiry handling, site visits, negotiations, bookings, and documentation.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Address client concerns and escalate issues as needed.
