Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Erode for the Head of Retail Sales. The role involves overseeing day-to-day retail sales operations, driving sales strategies, managing and mentoring the retail sales team, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Head of Retail Sales will analyze market trends, track performance, and work to optimize the customer experience while meeting sales targets.

• Proficiency in Retail Sales and Sales strategies
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and insights
• Team Management experience with a focus on leadership and mentorship
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to uphold brand reputation
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
• Experience in organic or food retail sectors is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
