Head of Retail Operations

You are hiring for the position of Lead LFS Operations (Fragrances, Watches & Accessories) located in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in Channel Sales and Retail Operations. As the Channel Operations Lead LFS, you will be responsible for overseeing sales, SOPs, and merchandising for Fragrances, Watches, and Accessories. Your main focus will be on revenue delivery and retail execution across leading lifestyle chains and retail formats. Your key responsibilities will include: Sales Planning & Strategy: - Developing and implementing annual business plans & sales targets by store, region, and category - Expanding the BA (Business Associates) program and establishing new LFS partnerships - Monitoring sales performance and making necessary adjustments when required Sales Execution & Merchandising: - Collaborating with merchandising & KAM teams to optimize product mix - Managing margin discussions, stock flow, RTV (return to vendor), and fast-moving SKU performance Retail Operations & SOPs: - Defining and implementing LFS-specific operational SOPs and ensuring compliance - Monitoring performance and resolving in-store issues with commercial & regional teams Incentives & Schemes: - Designing and reviewing store staff incentive schemes aligned with growth goals - Creating omni-channel compliant schemes within defined budgets Store Management & Network Expansion: - Tracking brand rankings in retail chains, managing third-party vendors, and supporting smooth operations The ideal candidate should have: - 10+ years of experience in retail/channel sales (fragrance, watches, lifestyle, or LFS preferred) - Strong background in sales planning, merchandising, and P&L management - Excellent stakeholder management skills across retail chains & internal teams - Ability to design SOPs, incentive schemes, and channel expansion strategies - Strong analytical mindset and cross-functional leadership skills If you are passionate about driving retail excellence at scale across India's top lifestyle chains, we encourage you to connect with us at kajal@skyleaf.global or 8085827207.,
