Your responsibilities will include overseeing all retail operations, marketing activities, and sourcing of chicken, mutton, and fish. You will be expected to analyze sales forecasts, financial data, and product sales reports to drive business growth. With a Bachelor's degree and over 10 years of experience in retail, you will lead the way in building and training a high-performing retail team. Your strategic mindset will be essential in developing store-wise strategies to enhance sales, conducting competitor and customer insights analysis, and meeting or exceeding financial targets. Your role will involve optimizing store efficiency and productivity, overseeing retail expansion, and implementing training programs for store teams.
