Head of Retail

As an Offline Retail Manager at the company, your role will involve overseeing the retail strategy and operations to ensure the success of our offline stores. Here are the key responsibilities associated with this position: - Design and execute the offline retail strategy, including identifying suitable locations for new stores and finalizing the first store locations. - Develop retail Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), customer experience models, and in-store operations frameworks to enhance the overall retail experience. - Lead the end-to-end setup of stores, covering aspects such as design, merchandising, hiring, and training to ensure a seamless store launch and operations. - Ensure that all stores adhere to the brand, service, and operational standards set by the company. - Manage vendor relationships, oversee visual merchandising, and align supply chain processes to optimize store operations. - Build and lead the offline retail team, which includes store managers, sales staff, and operations personnel, by providing training and motivation to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales productivity. - Take ownership of the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the offline retail stores, focusing on driving footfall, conversion rates, average transaction value (ATV), and profitability across all stores. - Work closely with the marketing and merchandising teams to deliver consistent and integrated brand experiences offline. - Provide regular feedback to the founders on consumer insights and store performance to drive continuous improvements in the overall brand experience and growth.
