Head of Retail

As the Retail Strategy & Rollout Manager, your key responsibilities will include: - Designing and executing INATIs offline retail strategy. - Identifying and finalizing locations for the first stores. - Developing retail SOPs, customer experience models, and in-store operations frameworks. In terms of Store Launch & Operations, you will be expected to: - Lead end-to-end store setup including design, merchandising, hiring, and training. - Ensuring that all stores operate according to brand, service, and operational standards. - Managing vendor relationships, visual merchandising, and supply chain alignment. As part of Team Building & Leadership, you will be responsible for: - Building and managing the offline retail team, which includes store managers, sales staff, and operations personnel. - Training and motivating staff to deliver excellent customer experiences and drive sales productivity. You will also have P&L Ownership for the offline retail stores, which involves: - Owning the P&L and driving footfall, conversion, ATV, and profitability across all stores. Moreover, you will be focusing on Brand Experience & Growth by: - Working closely with marketing and merchandising to deliver integrated brand experiences offline. - Providing constant feedback to the founders on consumer insights and store performance.,
