Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bhilwara for the position of Head of Quality Assurance. The Head of Quality Assurance will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, conducting quality audits, and managing the entire quality management system. They will ensure that all products meet the high standards set by the company, review quality performance, and implement continuous improvement measures. The role involves the development and execution of quality assurance strategies, managing a team, and coordinating with other departments to maintain quality consistency.

Qualifications

• Skills in Quality Control, Quality Auditing, and Quality Assurance
• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Quality Management
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• Experience in the textile or manufacturing industry is preferred
