About the Role : Brand Building Develop and implement a holistic, integrated corporate communications strategy for the entire group, aligning with business goals and market positioning. Creative design and concepts for all group collateral and communication material: Logos, brochures, catalogues, business cards, letterheads marketing collaterals, plant branding and corporate presentations. Corporate gifting and merchandising. Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all the group companies and all communication touchpoints. Event Management: Planning, ideation, budgeting and execution of Internal and External events & exhibitions. Digital Marketing: Maintain and update social media channels, Website Management, mailers. Maintain the standard of branding in all the plants by implementing standard templates across the plants. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and media coverage to identify opportunities for proactive communication strategies. Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Group Merchandising Guideline and Brand Book. This includes defining standards for design, quality, usage, and procurement of all branded merchandise (e.g., promotional items, corporate gifts, uniforms, joining kit, exhibition materials). Internal Communication Support to HR team to design all internal mailers/communication/policy handbook and to execute employee engagement activities. Provide strategic communication counsel to senior leadership and support internal communications efforts to engage employees and build a strong corporate culture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communication channels, i.e. EHS, Quality and Sustainability to plan and execute the tropical day events i.e. Safety Week, Quality Week, Sustainability Week. Media and PR Creating and updating company messaging and managing the spokespersons’ outreach. Establish and maintain positive relationships with key members of each department to work towards enhancing the company’s reputation. Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business, trade and industry media. Manage media inquiries and interview requests. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Supplier Quality Manager to join our dynamic team. The position reports directly to the Head of Supplier Quality Assurance and involves cross-functional collaboration with procurement, engineering, and production teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead supplier quality assurance programs, including audits, performance evaluations, and corrective action plans to ensure suppliers meet or exceed quality, delivery, and cost targets. Develop and implement supplier development strategies, with a focus on uplifting tier-2 and tier-3 suppliers (such as small MSME manufacturers) to higher performance levels through training, process improvements, and technology transfers. Oversee the entire rubber moulding supply chain quality , from tooling design and process optimization to compound formulation and full product development, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with high-level Japanese OEMs and partners to integrate Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma principles into supplier operations, fostering continuous improvement and defect prevention.
