Job Summary:

Quality Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Quality Assurance & Quality Control teams to ensure product quality and process adherence.
• Develop and implement

  quality strategies, policies, and SOPs

  for all operations.
• Ensure compliance with

  ISO/TS standards

  and other industry certifications.
• Monitor and control quality parameters across the production process.
• Drive

  root cause analysis (RCA)

  and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
• Coordinate with

  production, purchase, vendor development, and R&D

  teams to achieve quality objectives.
• Establish systems for

  incoming material inspection, in-process checks, and final product quality

  .
• Manage

  customer complaints, audits, and inspections

  effectively.
• Lead initiatives for

  continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma practices

  .
• Ensure strong vendor quality management and supplier audits.
• Train and mentor the quality team to upgrade skills and ensure adherence to company standards.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of

  quality systems in hardware/automobile industry

  .
• Expertise in

  ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / TS 16949 standards

  .
• Proven track record in

  supplier quality management, audits, and certifications

  .
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Hands-on experience with

  Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma methodologies

  will be an added advantage.

Qualifications:

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, or Industrial Engineering.
• Certified in

  Quality Management / Six Sigma (preferred).

• Minimum

  10 years of relevant experience

  in quality function in hardware or automobile manufacturing.
