Head of Product (Travel Insurance)

As a Product Head for Travel Insurance, you will play a crucial role in shaping the product strategy and driving growth for the travel insurance business. Your responsibilities will include: - Defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the travel insurance portfolio. - Managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous optimization. - Collaborating with various teams such as underwriting, claims, operations, sales, technology, marketing, and compliance to deliver innovative insurance solutions. - Keeping abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and risks. - Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for product performance, adoption, customer satisfaction, and profitability. - Advocating for digital-first solutions to enhance customer experiences and engagement, especially in claims processes. - Providing guidance and mentorship to a team of product managers/associates. Qualifications and Skills required for this role: - 3-10 years of experience in product management within the InsurTech industry, with a focus on travel or health insurance products. - Profound knowledge of insurance processes, regulatory requirements, and digital distribution models. - Demonstrated track record of successfully launching and scaling insurance products. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. - Exceptional leadership and communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively. - Experience in collaborating with technology teams to deliver scalable digital solutions. - An MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field would be advantageous.,
