Key Responsibilities: - Define and communicate a compelling product vision aligning with BCCL's goals and inspire teams. - Lead strategically, operationally, and innovatively utilizing AI/ML to enhance content creation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to steer product strategy for print and digital offerings. - Manage internal applications for Editorial Systems, including CMS, ePaper, and Social campaigns. - Drive new ideas and innovations for the Print business to enhance revenue and brand engagement. - Develop and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and requirements with teams and senior leaders. - Conduct market research, gather customer insights, and monitor industry trends to prioritize features. - Measure product performance, gather feedback, and refine approach continuously. - Present ideas confidently to stakeholders at all levels, showcasing product value. Qualifications Required: - 12 to 17 years of product building experience, with at least 4 to 6 years in a media company. - Solid technical background, preferably a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. - Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to create successful products. - Strong data-driven instincts to guide roadmap and product decisions. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. - Self-starter mindset, eager to learn, adapt, and take initiative. - Experience with agile development practices in a large team environment is a plus.
