Head of Product

As a Product Lead at Aithon Solutions in Mumbai, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our platform. Working closely with various teams including engineering, design, marketing, compliance, and external partners, you will drive the development of innovative solutions that not only meet regulatory requirements but also set us apart in a competitive market. Your primary responsibilities will include defining and owning the end-to-end product vision, conducting thorough market research to identify emerging opportunities, and translating business objectives into actionable product requirements. You will oversee the product development process, prioritize features, and ensure timely and high-quality releases. Additionally, you will focus on enhancing the customer experience, leveraging data to inform decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate product with various functions. To excel in this role, you should have at least 12 years of product management experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity. A deep understanding of fintech, wealth management, or alternative investments is crucial, along with a proven track record of building scalable financial platforms. Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations, experience with agile teams, and excellent communication and leadership skills are also essential. While a Bachelor's degree is required, possessing an MBA, CFA, or similar credentials would be advantageous.
