Head of Product

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Product. The Head of Product will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies, leading market research efforts, and managing product development from ideation to launch. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and market needs. Day-to-day tasks will also involve analyzing product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

• Strong skills in Product Strategy and Product Management
• Excellent Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities
• Strong Communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
• Proven track record of launching successful products
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
