As the Delivery Office Lead at the company, your role involves team leadership, engagement with the Group, and overseeing various aspects within the Delivery Office. Your responsibilities include: - **Team Leadership:** - Managing the Delivery Office team on a day-to-day basis. - Leading and motivating a virtual team across multiple locations. - Creating a culture of continuous improvement and driving its implementation within the team. - **Engagement with Group:** - Managing the relationship with the Group on Group-led services. - Providing reporting and updates on Delivery Portfolio to the Group. - **Delivery Office Lead Scope Oversight:** - Overseeing standards, methods, processes, and knowledge management within the Delivery Office. - Ensuring adherence to Portfolio Delivery Processes and Controls. - Managing Portfolio Resource Management and Planning. - Reporting on key performance indicators and ensuring Portfolio Governance. - **Portfolio Risk and Issue Management:** - Supporting and overseeing issue reporting and escalation. - Assisting with risk reporting and escalation. - Managing Portfolio Contingency planning and completion of global Delivery RCSA. - **Portfolio Project Assurance:** - Ensuring adherence to the Group Portfolio Assurance framework. - Providing independent oversight and assurance over projects. - Leading and developing Portfolio Assurance capability. You should have: - 10+ years of relevant experience with a minimum of 3+ years managing a team. - Experience in stakeholder management at the Executive level. - Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. - Ability to identify and resolve challenges effectively. - Track record of fostering continuous improvement within teams.
