What You Will Own

1. High-Velocity User Acquisition

  • Design funnels for "Power Users"—individuals who trade daily/hourly.
  • Move beyond generic "install campaigns" to focus on

    Deposit-to-Active ratios.

  • Translate complex "cost-efficiency" benefits (lower spreads, tax-efficient structures) into simple, compelling hooks for users.

2. The "Whale" Retention Engine

  • Build VIP programs similar to "High Roller" tables or "Tier 1" loyalty clubs.
  • Focus on

    LTV (Lifetime Value)

    over volume. We value one user trading ₹10Cr over 10,000 users trading ₹100.
  • Implement "Lossback" or "Fee Rebate" mechanics (compliant with financial norms) to keep high-frequency users engaged.

3. Gamified Education & Migration

  • Create pathways to move users from "passive holding" products to "active trading" instruments.
  • Use your experience in

    skill-based gaming

    to design educational journeys that teach risk management, leverage, and market mechanics.

4. Navigating Regulatory Constraints

  • Execute growth strategies without relying on Google/Meta ads (due to category restrictions).
  • Build trust-based communities and leverage influencer networks (finance, logic, skill-gaming) to drive organic growth.

  • Industry Heritage:

    You come from

    Real Money Gaming (Poker/Rummy), Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS), or F&O Broking.

    You have successfully navigated the "28% GST" era or similar regulatory shocks.
  • Metric Obsession:

    You don't just track "Installs." You track

    GGR (Gross Gaming Revenue) equivalent metrics

    Churn Velocity

    , and

    Wallet Share.

  • Liquidity Understanding:

    You understand that "Availability" is the product. (e.g., In Poker, it's finding a table; in our world, it's filling an order).


Experience:

  • 7+ Years in Growth/Marketing:

    With specific leadership experience during periods of regulatory change or taxation hikes.
  • Community First:

    Proven track record of building discord communities, telegram groups, or offline networks for power users.
  • Risk Maturity:

    You understand the difference between "Growth at all costs" and "Sustainable, Compliant Growth."
