The Head of Operations is a high-impact leadership position that bridges strategy and execution across TinkerHubs core initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring programs are mission-aligned, scalable, and effectively managed while also strengthening internal systems, building team capacity, and maintaining strong partnerships with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Vision & Alignment : Collaborate with leadership to define strategic roadmaps, OKRs, and long-term goals.

Program Leadership : Oversee all major programs ensuring quality, scalability, and measurable outcomes.

Team Management : Lead program managers, interns, and coordinators; build team capacity through mentoring, reviews, and upskilling.

Stakeholder Engagement : Represent TinkerHub with partners, sponsors, government bodies, and donors; maintain strong ecosystem relationships.

Monitoring & Evaluation : Implement MEL frameworks, track KPIs, and generate quarterly impact reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Systems & Coordination : Establish SOPs, cross-functional workflows, and shared dashboards for organizational efficiency.
