Job Responsibilities Operational Planning & Strategy Develop and implement operational processes with each department. Set and track KPIs for efficiency, quality, and costs. Process Management & Improvement Document workflows and identify bottlenecks. Standardize show planning and setup processes. Reporting & Analytics Generate monthly operations dashboards on utilization, cost, and uptime. Provide insights on operational performance and trends. Maintain audit-ready billing records. Human Resources Operations Manage staff scheduling, onboarding, and training. Oversee timesheets, performance reviews, and workforce planning. Qualifications Hold a Bachelorʼs degree and have a zest to be involved in a Manufacturing Company. Result oriented with demonstrated ability to independently achieve goals. Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or general management, preferably in the tech, events, entertainment sectors. Demonstrated skillset in building and scaling operational processes. Strong background in analytics, strategic planning, and process improvement. Experience managing HR operations. Salary Commensurate with Experience and Qualifications
