Role Description

This is a full-time role for an FMCG Operations Head, located on-site in Surat. The Operations Head will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing production processes, ensuring quality control, and maintaining production schedules. The role also involves managing budgets, optimizing resource allocation, and leading a team to achieve operational efficiency and targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Operations Management and strong Analytical Skills
• Proficiency in Team Management and effective Communication skills
• Skill in Budgeting and financial oversight
• Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work on-site and coordinate with various departments
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the FMCG sector is a plus
