With strong partnerships across universities, corporate houses, and government bodies, Vyuha’s mission is to empower youth, entrepreneurs, and marginalized communities through structured programs, policies, and sustainable development projects. As we scale our operations, we seek a Senior HR Manager to lead HR operations end-to-end, ensuring a culture of compliance, performance, inclusion, and innovation. Role Overview The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of all HR functions , including talent acquisition, workforce planning, HR policies and SOPs, compliance, performance management, employee relations, and leadership support. The role requires strong corporate HR expertise , with the ability to design scalable systems and frameworks that suit a growing foundation with cross-sectoral engagements. Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy for managerial, technical, and project teams. Build hiring pipelines through partnerships with universities, corporate HR networks, and consulting agencies. Develop structured onboarding, induction, and orientation programs. 2. HR Operations & Administration Oversee payroll, attendance, leave, and employee records. Establish HRMS implementation for digitized employee lifecycle management. Drive end-to-end compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws, Shops & Establishments, etc.). 3. SOPs, Policies & Governance Draft, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks . Standardize processes for recruitment, performance appraisals, employee engagement, conflict resolution, and grievance redressal . Ensure policy alignment with legal, ethical, and organizational values. 4. Performance & Capability Development Drive performance management frameworks (OKRs, MBOs, competency mapping). Set up training needs analysis (TNA) and learning programs for skill development. Partner with leadership to design succession planning and leadership development tracks . 5. Employee Engagement & Culture Create a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented workplace culture. Lead initiatives for employee well-being, diversity, and organizational values. Manage communications and engagement programs to build motivation and retention. 6. Strategic HR & Advisory Act as strategic advisor to leadership on workforce planning, restructuring, and organization design. Benchmark HR practices with corporate and non-profit peers for continuous improvement. Represent Vyuha in HR forums, CSR/ESG compliance discussions, and talent strategy events. Required Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and statutory frameworks in India. Proven ability to design SOPs, policies, and HR governance structures . Expertise in end-to-end HR operations : hiring, payroll, compliance, performance, training. Strong interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in HRMS tools, MS Office, and digital HR platforms. High integrity, confidentiality, and commitment to organizational values. Qualifications Master’s degree in HR/Personnel Management/Business Administration. 7–10 years of corporate HR experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
