Are you a seasoned operations leader with 17+ years of experience and a proven track record in warehousing, logistics, supply chain, and profit & loss management? Join our dynamic team in Mumbai to drive operational excellence , cost efficiency , and customer satisfaction across our nationwide operations. Key Responsibilities :- Warehousing & Inventory Management Lead and optimize multi-location warehouse operations Implement advanced WMS systems, ensure inventory accuracy, and maximize space utilization Establish and enforce SOPs for inventory control, safety, and compliance Supply Chain & Logistics Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, distribution, and last-mile delivery Optimize transport and 3PL networks for efficiency and service reliability Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics strategy with business goals P&L Ownership Take full ownership of the warehousing and logistics P&L Drive cost-saving initiatives, improve financial performance, and monitor key operational metrics Collaborate with finance and leadership for forecasting and variance analysis Team & Stakeholder Leadership Lead high-performance teams across planning, logistics, and warehouse operations Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Finance, IT, and HR for seamless operations Foster a culture of accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement Required Skills & Qualifications :- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, or related field MBA/PGDM in Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics (preferred) Experience : Minimum 17+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, and supply chain management At least 5 years in a senior leadership role with full P&L responsibility Core Skills : Warehouse Management & Operations Strategy End-to-End Supply Chain Management P&L Ownership and Financial Acumen Cost Optimization and Vendor Management (3PL/4PL) WMS, ERP, and TMS Expertise Leadership, Team Building & Cross-functional Collaboration Show more Show less
