Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: • Develop and execute comprehensive Marketing, PR, and Brand Positioning strategies for Dr. Vandana Sharma, Sekhem Healing Centre, and other Sky Group ventures • Launch, scale, and maintain media visibility and brand dominance across national and international markets • Lead content strategy, digital marketing, influencer marketing, reputation management, and media buying Sales & Growth: • Drive leads, traffic, conversions, and revenue across all brands • Handle strategic sales responsibilities for inbound business and bond sales-related campaigns • Collaborate with sales and automation teams for high-converting funnel design and execution Client Delivery & Leadership: • Lead a growing team of performance marketers, designers, copywriters, and account managers • Oversee and optimize marketing campaigns for high-profile clients across industries • Ensure client satisfaction, ROI-focused performance, and repeat & referral growth Desired Candidate Profile: • 6–10 years of proven experience in leading performance marketing, brand building, and PR • Past work with high-profile personalities, wellness brands, celebrity PR, or fast-growing startups is a plus • Strong background in both creative and technical marketing • Agency experience or in-house CMO/Marketing Head experience in a fast-paced growth environment preferred • A leader who is ambitious, strategic, execution-driven, and obsessed with visibility and results Compensation & Growth Path: • Fixed Salary: ₹6 – ₹8.4 LPA (based on experience) • Incentive: 1% commission on revenue directly influenced (campaigns, clients, internal verticals) • Growth Path: Fast track to VP Marketing – Sky Group of Companies Why Join Us? • Work directly with the Superwoman of the 21st Century, Dr. Vandana Sharma (Hon.) • Become part of a visionary group shaping global wellness, PR, and digital transformation • Freedom to build your own team, run your own marketing lab, and lead major PR projects Apply Now: Send your resume to info@vanjaydigital.com with subject line: 📩 “Marketing Head – VanJay Digital Application" Show more Show less
