We are looking for a dynamic Head – E-commerce (D2C) for a leading retail brand based in Noida. The role will be responsible for driving the overall D2C strategy, scaling online revenue, and owning end-to-end e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead D2C business strategy and growth
Manage P&L, performance marketing, CRM, and marketplace integrations
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand experience
Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, tech, and leadership teams
Ideal Candidate:
10+ years of experience in e-commerce/D2C
Strong retail industry background
Proven track record of scaling online businesses
