Head of Marketing

Profile – Head of Marketing (Event Management)

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead and execute marketing initiatives for our event management business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand visibility, driving event attendance, strengthening partnerships, and leading integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.

This role requires strong leadership, creative thinking, and a deep understanding of the events ecosystem, audience engagement, sponsorship marketing, and brand storytelling.

Key Expectations

• Proven experience in marketing leadership, preferably in events, entertainment, media, or experiential marketing
• Strong understanding of event promotions, brand activations, sponsorship marketing, and audience acquisition
• Ability to manage end-to-end marketing strategies for multiple events simultaneously
• Experience working with agencies, vendors, influencers, and media partners
• Strong analytical skills to track campaign performance, ROI, and audience insights

• Own the storytelling and brand identity across all events and platforms
• Create high-impact marketing campaigns that drive ticket sales, engagement, and visibility
• Build hype before events, energy during them, and recall long after they end
