About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and versatile leader to join our core team and take charge of both Marketing and Human Resources. This role goes beyond functional expertise — it is about shaping Adwin’s growth journey, building our brand, strengthening our people, and being a trusted voice at the leadership table.


Key Responsibilities


Marketing Leadership

  • Build and lead a 360° marketing strategy across brand, digital, B2B, B2C, and channel marketing.
  • Own brand positioning, communication, and storytelling to strengthen Adwin’s presence in domestic and global markets.
  • Design and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, including lithium-ion, EV, and solar solutions.
  • Drive distributor/dealer engagement programs and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Oversee digital marketing, PR, events, and partnerships.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team.
  • Ensure all marketing efforts are data-driven, ROI-focused, and aligned with business goals.

Human Resources Leadership

  • Lead HR strategy, policies, and organizational development.
  • Build strong talent acquisition pipelines and own hiring.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR standards.


Skills and Requirements

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing
  • 8–12 years of progressive leadership experience across Marketing
  • Proven track record in brand building, GTM, and people management.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing/automotive/energy/consumer durables sectors will be an advantage.
