About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and versatile leader to join our core team and take charge of both Marketing and Human Resources. This role goes beyond functional expertise — it is about shaping Adwin’s growth journey, building our brand, strengthening our people, and being a trusted voice at the leadership table. Key Responsibilities Marketing Leadership Build and lead a 360° marketing strategy across brand, digital, B2B, B2C, and channel marketing. Own brand positioning, communication, and storytelling to strengthen Adwin’s presence in domestic and global markets. Design and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, including lithium-ion, EV, and solar solutions. Drive distributor/dealer engagement programs and sales enablement initiatives. Oversee digital marketing, PR, events, and partnerships. Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team. Ensure all marketing efforts are data-driven, ROI-focused, and aligned with business goals. Human Resources Leadership Lead HR strategy, policies, and organizational development. Build strong talent acquisition pipelines and own hiring. Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR standards. Skills and Requirements MBA/PGDM in Marketing 8–12 years of progressive leadership experience across Marketing Proven track record in brand building, GTM, and people management. Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills. Prior experience in manufacturing/automotive/energy/consumer durables sectors will be an advantage. What We Offer A seat at the table as part of the core leadership team.
