Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Leadership & Strategy

  •  Lead and own the entire marketing function at Finsmart both strategic and executional.
  •  Develop and execute an integrated marketing plan aligned with business growth goals, brand vision, and global market priorities.
  •  Collaborate with founders and sales leaders to build go-to-market (GTM) strategies for service lines and geographies.

2. Brand Building

  •  Strengthen Finsmarts positioning as a category leader in offshore accounting.
  •  Build consistent messaging across all touchpoints: digital, events, partnerships, and internal communication.
  •  Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

3. Digital Marketing Oversight

  •  Oversee SEO, paid campaigns (Google/LinkedIn), webinars, email marketing, and podcast strategy.
  •  Manage HubSpot, SEMrush, and other MarTech tools for lead generation and automation.
  •  Optimize web presence and digital funnels to improve engagement and conversions.

4. Physical Marketing & Events

  •  Plan and execute event strategies — booth participation, sponsorships, client events at top accounting conferences like SNH, Accountex, etc.
  •  Ensure on-ground brand experience is consistent and memorable.

5. Content & Creative Management

  •  Supervise the creation of high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content: blogs, videos, social media, whitepapers, landing pages.
  •  Lead the internal creative team: content writers, designers, video editors.
  •  Innovate storytelling for social and podcast formats with strong hooks and audience engagement.

6. Partnerships & Demand Generation

  •  Drive marketing-qualified leads through creative campaigns and partnership initiatives.
  •  Collaborate with alliances, podcast guests, influencers, and clients to grow audience reach.

7. Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration

  •  Inspire, manage, and mentor a team of 8–10 specialists across content, SEO, events, and design.
  •  Work closely with Sales, HR, Tech, and Operations to align marketing efforts across the organization.

  •  Strong brand thinker with a hands-on execution mindset.
  •  High energy, creative thinker with a bias for action.
  •  Deep understanding of digital funnels, inbound marketing, and brand storytelling.
  •  Strong grasp on analytics and ability to use data to drive decisions.
  •  Confident working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Education

  •  Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business from a reputed institution.

Tools & Tech Exposure

  •  Proficiency in HubSpot, SEMrush, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva/Adobe, Web CMS, and marketing automation tools.

Domain & Market Fit

  •  Prior experience in 

    professional services

    , consulting, SaaS, or outsourcing industry.
  •  Exposure to 

    global markets, especially USA

     and APAC.
  •  Demonstrated ability to build or significantly scale a 

    B2B services brand

    .
