Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead and execute marketing strategies for Admaren Tech Private Limited. As a B2B software solutions provider in the logistics and maritime industry, we expect the Head of Marketing to craft innovative marketing campaigns, manage global exhibitions, and implement account-based marketing strategies. This role requires a marketing leader who can collaborate with in-house teams and external vendors, ensuring maximum market visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive targeted marketing initiatives that engage specific high-value clients.
• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of international and domestic exhibitions, including booth setup and event marketing.
• Oversee SEO, paid advertising campaigns, content marketing, and social media strategies.
• Manage and execute LinkedIn marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
• Maintain and enhance brand identity across all marketing channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams and manage third-party vendors to implement marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI-driven marketing efforts.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of company products and translate technical features into customer-focused messaging.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing from a top-tier university.
• 10+ years of marketing experience, with a strong B2B focus.
• Proven track record in account-based marketing (ABM).
• Expertise in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, paid ads, content marketing).
• Experience managing global exhibitions and trade shows.
• Experience in social media marketing, especially LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in the software product industry.
• International marketing experience.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Certification in digital marketing or relevant marketing platforms.
