The Head of Insurance Consulting will be responsible for defining and executing the strategic direction of the practice, leading a team of skilled consultants, and delivering high-value solutions to our clients. Strategic LeadershipDevelop and implement the strategic roadmap for the Insurance Consulting practice, ensuring alignment with Capgemini Invents global objectives and market strategies. Team LeadershipLead, coach, and develop a team of consultants, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Foster an environment that encourages professional growth and knowledge sharing. Client EngagementCultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the insurance sector, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring the delivery of high-quality consulting services. Project DeliveryOversee the successful execution of consulting projects, ensuring they meet client expectations, are delivered on time, and adhere to budget constraints. Thought LeadershipEstablish Capgemini Invent as a thought leader in the insurance industry by contributing to industry publications, speaking at conferences, and engaging in relevant forums. Business DevelopmentP&L Responsibility of the Industry vertical and to meet business targets and KPIs defined by Invent, Drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities, crafting compelling value propositions, and leading client pitches. Market IntelligenceStay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to provide insightful advice to clients and inform service offerings. Operational ExcellenceEnsure efficient management of the consulting practices operations, including resource allocation, financial performance, and quality assurance.
Our Ideal Candidate
Educational BackgroundBachelors degree in Insurance, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or relevant professional certifications (e.g., ACII, CPCU) is highly desirable. ExperienceA minimum of 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, with significant consulting experience. Familiarity with the Indian insurance market and global insurance trends is essential.
