Key Responsibilities:

· Lead end-to-end HR strategy and operations for a hospital

· Drive talent acquisition, retention, and training tailored to healthcare standards

· Ensure compliance with NABH, labour laws, and hospital-specific policies

· Align HR practices with clinical and administrative departments

· Foster a positive and high-performance work culture across all hospital units

Requirements:

·  Bachelors and Masters in relevant field

·  Strong knowledge of healthcare HR compliance and manpower planning

·  Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and crisis-handling skills

·  Ability to collaborate with clinical, nursing, and management teams
