Antal International is retained by a high-growth B2B Fintech Product firm in Mumbai to find their Head of HR. This is not a role for someone looking to just manage payroll and policy. This is a role for a Culture Architect.

The mandate is specific because the culture is unique. We are looking for a leader who understands the DNA of a Product Company.

Who fits this role?

🔹 The Product DNA: You have strictly worked in Product/SaaS/Tech environments. You understand that managing high-performance Engineering talent is different from managing general operations. (No IT Services/Consulting backgrounds).

🔹 The Scaler: You have seen the journey of scaling an org from 200 to 500+ and know the growing pains that come with it.

🔹 The Seasoned Captain: With 18-24 years of experience, you have the maturity to partner with Founders and the energy to drive execution.

The Role:

• Location: Mumbai (In-office).
• Scope: End-to-end People Function (Talent Acquisition, Culture, Rewards).
