Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership to all clinical departments and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Supervise medical and allied healthcare staff, ensuring high standards of professional conduct and patient care.
• Coordinate with department heads to implement clinical protocols and improve service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and statutory requirements.
• Lead initiatives related to quality assurance, infection control, medical audits, and patient safety.
• Support recruitment, training, and evaluation of medical personnel.
• Serve as the key liaison between hospital management, trust authorities, and clinical teams.
• Play an active role in community health programs, outreach, and preventive care initiatives aligned with the hospital's charitable mission.
• Oversee emergency preparedness and public health responses in coordination with government bodies.

Qualifications:

• MBBS from a recognized institution (mandatory), MD/MS or equivalent post-graduate qualification preferred.
• Diploma/Degree in Hospital Administration or Healthcare Management is desirable.
• Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience, with at least 3–5 years in hospital administration or leadership roles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Strong ethical values and a deep commitment to community service.
