Job Description:

1.Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a hospital, assign duty roaster of the departmental staff. Manage staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

2. Organize and facilitate the health services provided in the medical facility

3. Translate the vision of the board through safe and effective medical practices

4. Ensure that safe and legally recognized practices are undertaken as a hospital administrator

5. Develop and implement policies and programs for various hospital administration tasks including PR, patient services and more

6.Serve as a link and liaison between various groups of people such as staff, doctors, patients and the management.
