📢 We're Hiring: Head of Finance – Anannya Power | Bobbili, Andhra Pradesh Anannya Power is gearing up to launch a state-of-the-art aluminum wire rod manufacturing plant in Bobbili, Andhra Pradesh , with operations set to begin by October 2025 . As we lay the foundation for this exciting phase, we’re looking for a seasoned Head of Finance to join our leadership team. 🔍 Role: Head of Finance 📍 Location: Bobbili, Andhra Pradesh 🕒 Start Timeline: Within the next 2 months 💼 Industry: Manufacturing (Aluminum preferred) 💰 Salary: ₹10–12 LPA (Negotiable) 🧩 What You'll Do Set up and lead all core finance functions: accounting, budgeting, financial planning, controls, and compliance Prepare financial models, reports, and funding documentation to support business scale-up Manage working capital, coordinate with banks/NBFCs, and drive cost control initiatives Implement and integrate ERPNext with finance workflows Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance (GST, TDS, income tax, etc.) Build and mentor a lean finance team to support plant operations 👤 What We’re Looking For 10–15 years of experience in finance, preferably in a manufacturing setup Strong background in aluminum or heavy industry is a plus Qualified in M.Com, MBA (Finance), or CA Hands-on experience with ERP systems (ERPNext preferred) Proven ability to establish finance functions from the ground up 💡 Why Join Us?
