• Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and scalability.

• Troubleshoot critical issues and ensure smooth operations and system reliability.
• Innovation & Strategy
• Drive experimentation and encourage creative approaches to problem-solving.

• Proven experience as a Head of Engineering, or senior technology leader.
• Strong background in software development and systems architecture.
• Expertise in managing technical teams and delivering large-scale projects.
