Engineering Head – Fabric Dyeing & Processing Plant Link Up Textiles Ltd. | Butibori, MIDC, Nagpur, Maharashtra We are looking for an experienced Engineering Head to lead the engineering and maintenance operations of our state-of-the-art fabric dyeing & processing plant . The role requires a strong technical background, proven leadership, and extensive exposure to top textile competitors across India . Key Responsibilities: Oversee maintenance and operations of boilers, ETP, Fongs soft flow dyeing machines, yarn dyeing machines, knitting & rotary printing machines. Implement preventive & predictive maintenance to reduce downtime . Ensure worker safety and compliance with statutory norms. Lead and motivate the engineering team, driving efficiency and accountability. Collaborate with management to align engineering with production targets. Requirements: B.E./Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Textile Engineering. 12–15+ years of experience in dyeing & processing plant engineering. Strong track record with leading competitors in the textile industry . Expertise in plant utilities, maintenance planning, and safety compliance.
