8–12+ years in software engineering, systems architecture, or product engineering
● Proven leadership in building SaaS platforms or B2B/enterprise software
● Startup or early-stage growth experience preferred
● Background in fintech, regtech, tax technology, B2B compliance tools, or enterprise data/AI platforms
● Experience working with LLMs and agent-based AI required
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and//or MBA
● Strong technical foundation in modern full-stack development
● Experience with cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS/GCP), DevOps, data pipelines
● Exposure to AI/ML workflows, particularly in retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), LangChain, or LLM-based applications
