This is a mission-critical leadership role for someone who has built and scaled 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵-𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗹𝗼𝘄-𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 and understands the pulse of capital markets inside out. 🔹 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 As the Head of Engineering, you will lead the complete tech strategy for their stock broking business—driving innovation, platform stability, real-time performance, and team excellence. 🔹 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 (𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝗡𝗟𝗬) ✔ Low-latency trading platforms ✔ Algorithmic trading systems ✔ Colocation infrastructure (Colo) ✔ Market microstructure & exchange connectivity ✔ Market data (direct feeds, normalized feeds, bandwidth optimization) ✔ Real-time risk, surveillance & analytics ✔ Strong engineering leadership in a broking / trading environment 🔹 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 10+ years in stock broking tech, capital markets trading systems, OMS/EMS platforms, exchange connectivity, and high-frequency or low-latency systems. Strong expertise in Java/C++/Python and modern cloud-native architecture.
