You should have at least 6+ years of experience and be proficient in Python, FastAPI, AWS, React, and MongoDB. The current ratio of individual contribution to tech lead responsibilities is 70/30, and you should be comfortable working 6 days a week. Your role will involve building complex AI agents and having experience working at multiple startups. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your expertise in FastAPI, React, AWS, MongoDB, and Python to contribute effectively to the project. - Take on a 70/30 ratio of individual contribution and tech lead responsibilities. - Build and maintain complex AI agents. - Work diligently on a 6-day per week schedule.
