Approval Tracking: Maintain updated logs of project approvals; proactively flag delays or outstanding requirements. Developer Engagement: Engage directly with developers to assess assumptions, cost estimates, and verify on-ground realities. Key Requirements Strong knowledge of construction costs and land approvals in Mumbai-based redevelopment projects . Exposure to project execution, budgeting, or technical due diligence preferred.
