Team
– Build a lean, elite engineering team that delivers fast and clean.

You Bring

8–12 years in engineering, with
senior leadership
in high-scale consumer apps (OTT, gaming, fintech a plus).
Deep in
mobile + backend
(Flutter/Kotlin/Swift + Node.js/Go/Java) and
cloud-native
infra (AWS/GCP/K8s).
Hands-on with
video streaming tech
(HLS/DASH, DRM, encoding).
Data + AI experience for personalization and engagement.
A bias for speed, ownership, and getting sh*t done.
