Technical Program Manager

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs from planning through launch.
• Define roadmaps, set milestones, and track progress across multiple engineering streams.
• Translate business objectives into structured technical execution plans.

Execution & Delivery

• Drive collaboration between engineering, product, and operations teams.
• Identify bottlenecks early, manage risks, and ensure timelines are met.
• Implement agile practices, sprint planning, and effective documentation.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the bridge between technical teams and leadership.
• Provide clear updates on progress, dependencies, and risks.
• Manage third-party vendors, cloud providers, and integration partners where relevant.

Governance & Compliance

• Enforce best practices in data security, compliance, and documentation.
• Maintain high-quality standards across program execution.

Required Skills & Experience

Core Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management in a technology-first environment.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern program management frameworks (Agile, Scrum).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and data-driven products.
• Familiarity with engineering workflows, deployment practices, and performance metrics.

Program Management

• Proven track record of managing multi-team, multi-phase technology projects.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to balance technical depth with business priorities.

Preferred Extras

• Experience in consumer-tech, OTT, or digital media platforms.
• Exposure to data-driven product development and analytics-led decision-making.
