Role Description

Strategy and planning

• Develop and implement the company's comprehensive digital marketing strategy. 
• Build the digital marketing roadmap and plan multi-channel campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, and social media. 
• Align digital strategies with broader business and commercial objectives. 
• Forecast sales performance trends and proactively adjust strategies. 

Team and budget management

• Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team, providing guidance and development opportunities. 
• Manage the digital marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and track media spend. 
• Hire and train new digital marketing employees.

Campaign execution and optimization 

• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns. 
• Manage and improve the company's digital presence, including the website, social media profiles, and other digital assets. 
• Support and coordinate content creation for various platforms. 
• Work with other departments like product, design, and sales to ensure cohesive strategies. 

Performance analysis and reporting

• Analyze digital marketing performance data and metrics to track effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. 
• Monitor and report on KPIs to senior management, demonstrating the impact of digital marketing. 
• Conduct campaign reviews and present performance updates and insights to stakeholders.
