We make personal finance easier for the new-age Indian user, developing compelling content around loans, credit, budgeting, and more. Our goal is to make financial services simpler, transparent, and accessible.

Role Overview

We need a full-time digital marketing person who can own our digital growth. This position combines performance marketing, creative strategy, and on-camera content creation. You will be an integral member of the brand, spearheading both execution and visibility initiatives across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Execution

• Execute and oversee performance marketing campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, Quora, Reddit, Pinterest, and Snapchat
• Execute and oversee on-page and off-page SEO campaigns
• Generate quality leads, website traffic, and audience engagement
• Oversee and review important performance metrics to optimize campaigns
• Work with design, tech, and leadership teams to ensure marketing efforts support business objectives

Content Creation & Brand Representation

• Be the on-camera personality of PaisaOnClick on Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube
• Produce educational, bite-sized video content that breaks down complicated financial issues
• Generate concepts for innovative campaigns and keep a consistent voice across channels

Team Leadership & Coordination

• Manage and guide a small team of marketers and content creators
• Have a dominant and consistent online presence
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and digital behavior changes

• What We’re Looking For

• Proven hands-on experience in digital marketing and short-form content creation
• Confidence in front of the camera, with strong storytelling skills
• Ability to simplify financial topics for a general audience
• Experience with SEO tools, analytics platforms, and ad campaign management
• Strong sense of ownership and initiative
• Past experience managing or working with creative teams is a plus
